Itsuki Minami, also known as East Side Gunz’s Babyface and more commonly known as Ikki, is a deliquent and an aspiring Storm Rider, who mooches off the Noyamano Sisters. Having lost his parents at a young age, the Noyamanos have taken him in and treated him as one of their own, despite their constant beating. Ikki is confronted by an AT group, known as the Skull Saders, bent on humiliating him for acting as if he ruled the East Side. Unfortunately for Ikki, the Skull Saders won. The boy’s confidence and reputation diminishes and practically vanishes after the fight, but things change when he stumbles onto a secret his housemates have kept hidden from him. He is supplied with his very own pair of Air Trecks and he goes against the odds, gathers his wings, and takes flight.
